Import and export

eDock also provides native import from Amazon, eBay and the most used eCommerce engines such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Prestashop and Magento.

Simple import

Imagine that you want to change the stocks of all products at the same time. This is where simple import can help you. Upload a two column file (with SKU and quantity values) and import it to eDock.


If you have a .txt or .csv extension file and you make it available via FTP (File Transfer Protocol), you can continuously update the inventory you have on eDock to update prices and quantities on each sales channel.

Report Center

With the Report Center function you can decide which information contained on eDock you want to export. The export can be scheduled and the file containing the information posted to a folder via FTP.

Attributes and mappings

All the information that enriches the products in your catalog are attributes.
Some of these are standard, such as product brand, others are unique to individual markets, such as bullet points for Amazon.

It doesn't matter what structure you want to assign to your data, or what you need to assign. Or the one you inherit from a previous situation.

With the eDock attributes you can model information about your products in a comprehensive and particularly flexible way.

Attribute set

With Attribute Sets you can define one or more groups of attributes that you can simply enhance on all articles. For example, you can define the set of attributes called "bullet point" and enrich the information on your catalog with information that is so useful for Amazon SEO.


All the information collected about your products saved in eDock, can be transferred to the marketplaces. You can map attributes by taking advantage of the eDock interfaces. You can also define a "follow back" and use a standard value when the attribute is not set.


If you need to make your product catalog international, then you will need to specify which culture to use the attributes you enter, such as for descriptions. It will be eDock to employ the correct culture according to the destination to be reached.


If you sell auto and motorcycle parts you will necessarily have to define which car (or motorcycle) models the part is compatible with. You will also find space for this information on eDock, in order to allow the final consumer to find the right product for his vehicle.

Diagnostics and Activity Log

Catalog distribution operations can be complex and involve a multitude of technical hitches.
