How it works
If you have a well-known brand and want to avoid conflicts with your distribution network or prefer to delegate online sales to a third-party operator, we can help you.
Our commercial brokerage company can take charge of your items to be sold on marketplaces.
We provide our customers with accounts on the Amazon, eBay and AliExpress marketplaces. Once the goods have been published on the marketplaces, we will do our best to push sales. The sale takes the form of a triangulation. Our company will be the fiscal entity that carries out the sale to the consumer and the fiscal and legal burdens will fall on it. Your only burden will be to produce great products that consumers want.
Price management
There are two scenarios that are created for price management:- CONSUMER PRICE FIXED. The price is fixed for the final consumer. In this case the value chain is calculated backwards: the VAT is separated, the commissions for the marketplaces are separated and a transfer price is reached between your and our company
- FIXED ASSIGNMENT PRICE. The transfer price is fixed between your company and our company. In this case all the pieces of the value chain are added up to defining the price to the final consumer

Operations
In this indirect sales method, we plan to use Amazon's logistics or the one most congenial to you, provided that it is an efficient configuration that allows us to maintain high performance of our accounts.
We take care of the multilingual customer service, of all the operations for the publication of the inventory, of the marketing and of what it means to operate professionally on the channels used.
For each order achieved you will receive a notification and for each month an overall report. Payment can take place with each order received or, based on the agreements made, in a cumulative manner.
